friday graffiti

a much earlier start to the day today, so i had some time to snap these photos around the neighbourhood; street art is extensively common where i live (no, it's not dodgy, it's gentrified, ok?), every bit of wall space is used. i like street art; it's free, it's individual and it's for everyone. i took this 'self portrait' also early hours this morning - not because i'm pretending i'm cindy sherman, but because i thought these windows also seemed like they were making a bold statement with the kitschy-shiny frames, plus i needed a mirror to check my hair. here's to hoping our government will be sensible enough not to drop bombs in syria over the week-end (or any other time in the future for that matter). enjoy your friday.
